felt like i was going to pass out, dizzy spell

yesterday when i got home from work, i was up closing my blinds and

all of a suddon i felt like i was going to pass out, i got dizzy, but

then in a few minutes i was ok.. this has happened to me like three

times so far.. has this happened to anyone else.. could it be lack of

water or what? help please.. amy
