Guest guest
O.K. Guys, I have been trying to find a inexpensive carb bar to use as an " on the go " meal. I just don't understand how to find the " net " carbs if it's not broken down on the package like atkins does it. I was looking at the Zone diet bars, and they don't appear to have a lot of sugar, but....I don't know how many of the carbs listed are the bad ones. And another problem is I don't dump when I eat a little sugar, so I can't tell by eating the Zone bar if it's the wrong one for me. Any suggestions??? on how to determine the " right carbs " or any good bars? Thank you, Pam
