Im just getting so tired of the same ole things, its just me and the kids so i hate making big meals but yet i still want dinner time to be special for the 3 of us. Tara I hate food shopping too & it is just for me. My new favorite has been making chicken tacos. I take ground chicken - saute it until it is fully cooked - add the " taco seasoning " according to the package & wahla. For the kids you can give them taco shells...then lettuce tomato cheese a little sour cream -- let them make it themselves....for you, you can use romaine lettuce leaves as the shell and then add veggie toppings a little low fat sourcream - whatever you like -- or make it as a salad.
