Fruit juice from concentrate: legal/illegal?

Hi. I know there is some issue with juice from concentrate on the SCD and so I

have always stuck to grape juices. I am visiting my parents and they have some

apple juice which is pure and the only ingredient listed is pure apple juice but

it does say 'from concentrate' on the carton. Is this illegal and can someone

please explain why.
