Protein Drinks?

I am curious to know if they are truly beneficial and if they taste

good.

I am also trying to understand how they can make one feel " full " .

Annie:

I have been drinking primarily protein drinks since last Monday and they

fill me up and I'm satisfied. Have approximately 4-5 per day mixed with

8 oz water and ice in a blender. I use Champion Whey Stack Pure

Protein. Chocolate is my favorite. The way I make them, they come out

nice and thick like an ice cream shake and I am totally full. They've

also helped me with the carb/sugar cravings and I've found myself

turning my nose up at any treats over the last few days especially. I

did reset my " dump-o-meter " too. Last night I had 3-4 bites of a chicken

cutlet and the same with some spinach and my nose started to run. Sure

fire sign that I am full. I also didn't drink anything with my meal

which I got into that bad habit about a year ago. The benefits from the

shakes is the amount of protein you consume with little carbs and sugar.

I'm averaging over 120 gr of protein a day with the shakes alone. That's

not possible for me to do just eating food alone.
