Guest guest Posted November 23, 2003 Report Share Posted November 23, 2003 Ok here is the deal......I have gone from 334 to 165 in 13 months....but at one point i weighed (one day only) at 155. During our vacation in June i weighed like 164 the whole time.....when we got back i dropped some it seemed.....now i am around 164 now. I eat between 1500-1800 cals a day. all high protein low carb. I am an assistant martial arts instructor and work out 5-6 days a week up to 4 hours a day. Why am I PLATEUED??? What more can I do? I have been around this weight since about 9 months post. Am I doomed? Or is my body just happy where it is. I want 155 so bad. Plus the extra skin is driving me nuts. I feel pregnant or something. Maybe I am loosing fat/gaining muscle? I dunno.
