Advice on Appealing with Insurance Company

Hello,

I'm trying to fill out the appeal paperwork for my daughter's first docband that

was not approved. Does anyone have suggestions of which key points I should be

using in my appeal? Has anyone had good luck with appeals? My daughter will be

getting her 2nd band and I will probably have to appeal claim as well.

A frustrated mom that wishes insurance companies would realize this isn't

cosmetic!!
