The problem with not holding broth down would be the same for any child- not

just one on SCD. I would be worried about dehydration. Is the child holding any

liquids down? If not, she needs medical attention.

SCD is great, but anyone with continuous vomiting need to see a doctor.

I hope she soon feels well enough to try SCD, but she needs to get well enough

to hold down food.

hi all - update on friends 6 y.o. daugter - still bleeding and unab;e to keep even scd broth down - how can it work if she can't keep it in ??? feel so bad for them!! thoughts???Gosh, that's awful! Can they put her on a feeding tube or IV nutrients (same thing?) until things calm down? Too expensive? I don't know, it just seems like there should be SOMETHING else to try before having to remove her colon D=What's her name so I can pray for her?
