Guest guest
Hi all - My 11 year old daughter has UC, acid reflux and esophagitis. We are seeing an allergist as my daughter may have allergies to all tree nuts, bananas and soy. Since the allergist said she has never seen nor heard of a child with univeral colitis, acid reflux and esophagitis she wants to leave no stone unturned and she is going through 4 different types of allergy testing before she makes a determination. So if she is allergic to tree nuts does anyone have any ideas she can use as flour? We have already been struggling to get more carbs in her diet and less protein and cutting out nut flour is not going to help. Also, some may find this interesting as the doctor has personally seen a few cases that a food allergy has actually triggered UC. Remove the allergin and she has seen the UC completly reverse! Thanks, 's Mom with an endless list of meds
