Guest guest
I have been receiving some complaints about postings which advocate the consumption on SCD-illegal foods, or try to argue that what Elaine said is not what Elaine said, or that Elaine was wrong. Please be advised that such postings can result in the poster being placed on moderation, which means that every one of their posts will have to be checked by a moderator before being released to the general list. This makes a bunch of extra work for the volunteers who already put in untold hours answering questions and helping fellow SCDers. Given that the people on the list are, in large measure, very intelligent and capable people, I'd truly prefer not to have to take steps which smack of using a ruler to whack someone's hands. Please remember that this is an SCD List. You wouldn't bring a ham as a gift to a kosher household. Most smokers wouldn't light up in a non-smoker's home without permission to do so. BTVC-SCD is our on-line SCD home. Please don't bring non-SCD dietary notions up on the list. Thank you for your courtesy and consideration of those working to make SCD their way of life and to heal. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
