Guest guest Posted July 10, 2010 Report Share Posted July 10, 2010 It's me again I would like to start adding probiotics to my daily regime and am a bit overwhelmed with when to take them and if I need to take them with food. Right now with my morning smoothie of fruit and yogurt, I take: 1 SCD Multivitamin 1 SCD Calcium 30mg Prednisone Between my lunch and afternoon snack I take: Fish Oil No-Phenol When/how should I take S. Boulardii? I would also like to add SCDophilus because I use GI Prostart yogurt starter and it doesn't have this strain.
