Guest guest
Hi , I've been Dr Tocchio's patient since 2002. He took my 4 premolars out as well as a baby tooth from under the gums (that other surgeons said they would never touch and totally did not recomend). That was done in 2002. After that I got my braces on and after a year Dr T. took out my 4 wisdom teeth (all impacted - inside the gums). Finally on May 5th of this year I had upper/lower jaw surgery along with genio done by him at North York General hospital. He is from what I've heard one of the top surgeons in Canada and in the elite group in North America. There are a few others on this board that have also had him, and only the best of things to say. He is very gentle, and very caring. Only thing his waiting lists are VERY VERY VERY long. Getting an appointment for a consult before I started all my procedures took me 3 months. Getting on the waiting list for surgery was quite long too. He is one of the most experienced surgeons and has many years of experience and does these surgeries very frequently. So if you do decide to go with him you're in the best of hands. There are many people that travel quite far to have him as their surgeon. I know he's quite a bit higher priced than some other surgeons in Toronto however you really would be paying for the best care and experience, which was totally worth every penny I've spent on my treatment. > Has anyone seen this Dr.?He is located in Toronto,on Sheppard Ave E. > I would really appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer about this > surgeon. > Thanks, > ~
Guest guest
If this is the famous Dr. T that Rina and Fiddlesticks have been referring to then I have only heard good, actually great things about him. I'm sure one of them will post back to you soon. Guest guest
It is. has been busy with another project for a week or so, but Dr. T. comes with highest recommendations, for skill and for kindness. Just ask him if his wrist has recovered! He was cycling in Italy, I think, and broke it lately. I have high standards, because my own Dr. Z., a continent or so away, couldn't be topped! Guest guest
I did reply, , on site 2. Hopefully the cycling accident will not take him out of action for too long (well, we all know at least 6-8 weeks for full bone healing, right???) Honestly, from what I hear, I can imagine that he could do this surgery with that broken wrist tied behind his back! > > > Has anyone seen this Dr.?He is located in Toronto,on Sheppard Ave E. > > > I would really appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer about > this > > > surgeon. > > > Thanks, > > > ~
