Just do one piece of bread, butter side down and a piece of cheese, when

it's done, fold it in half, LOL

:-) (who's favorite pre-op food was a grilled cheese sandwich, but

can't eat them anymore)

I have a toaster oven. I put in a slice of bread, and put a slice of cheese

on top. Toast it until the cheese puffs up. I have gotten to where I prefer

this over actual grilling.

My fav. toasted cheese is mayo, tomatoes on top of wheat bread

topped w/mozarella (sp) and sprinkled w/oregano - brown under

broiler until cheese is melted. YUM!! I haven't had it in ages.

Thanks

*LOL* Hey this thread has gotten in my system so much ... I went back to

work last Monday. Today my Creative Writing Class " warm up " was to describe

their favorite food without naming it. ... and I ended up asking them about

their comfort foods. It was a riot.

You may take part of the tummy out of the lady but you can't take away the

interest in food. hehehehe.
