13 days post-op---questions about numbness/etc

HI guys--I know I asked this a couple tmes before but just wondering if

anyone eslse can relate to me--it is so strange b/c I feel that if it

werent for my right TMJ I would be able to open my mouth really wide. I

had both upper & lower jaw done----28 screws & 6 plates!! when I brush

the inside of right side I literrally feel NOTHING. I bet I could cut

that part of my gum wide open and be none the wiser!! WHen I open my

jaw that side feel so tight and only goes so far. It is mostly the

numbness that intimidates me though...anyone out there have the same

feeling but has had ti pass?? THe rest of mouth & lips are somewhat

sensitive and when I brush I can feel it, also my lips on that side are

tingly and you can feel the nerves refiring...

any words of encouragement out there?
