Green Pastures High Vitamin butter oil Is it legal?

Hello

I was wondering about the legality of the Green Pastures High Vitamin

Butter oil. Ingredients: Dairy oil extract. I called the man who

I think owns the company and he said that the only thing in it is

butter oil. He didn't know about the 2 percent rule and said he

always put every single thing in a product on the label. There are no

processing agents used.

Does anybody have an opinion?

I'm sorry to have so many questions all at once.
