This is going to be tougher than I thought

Hi all,

This is going to be harder than I thought. I just realized that a throat spray

that I have been using has xylitol! I have other nutritional products that may

be illegal as well such as spirulina. I guess that I'll have to empty out my

cupboards of all vitamins,etc that have illegals. It will be a big loss of

money, but I have been suffering so long with all these terrible food

intolerances and digestive complaints, that I think it will be worth it.
