Guest guest
HI - I have been reading some posts regarding difficulty sleeping etc...I NEVER sleep on the couch but since I have been home from the hospital, I have had no choice. I tried my bed a couple times but ended up lasting about 20 minutes. My husband was the only one who could seem to get it 'just right'...but he used about 5 or 6 pillows. Laid them just right so my lower back, back & neck were supported. I too, had to maintain about a 45 degree angle in order to sleep a bit. I still dont sleep through the night ( I am 13 days post-op) but it is getting better. I sufered alot from nausea & vominting (still suffer fr nausea) and found that some gravol before bed worked better than anything else. It settled the nausea and knocked me out....I still have a cry at some point during the day...seems like such a long ,long journey! Even worse than 9 months of pregnancy! HAng in there (I tell myself that every single day ) Sher
