I'm not sure if someone on the group sent this article. It's been on my computer for a bit. Do we not get enough amino acids by not eating grains?http://www.detox-guide.com/legumes.htmlWe have to take note that consuming these beans, lentil and peas do not provide enough amino acids even though we get high amounts of protein. In such case, we would want to consume more whole grains to compensate the amino acids. The synergistic effect is the protein lacking
