Guest guest Posted August 24, 2004 Report Share Posted August 24, 2004 hello everyone i finally gave in on the 4oz of cottage cheese a day thats all I have been eating for the last week and half. i went out to day and bought some slim fast low carb diet it has 20grams of protein but it has 180 cals. it don't taste that bad i guess but I need to get more protein in one day than just 12grams from the cottage cheese at least this will put me up to 32grams better than nothing.
