Guest guest
Hey :)For sea salt, generally the greyer, the better. I use celtic sea salt, it's relatively easy to find. Generally sea salt from that area is the best, there are other brands from france etc. that are supposed to be good, I haven't tried them. I haven't tried fleur de sel either, it's supposed to be great but I'm unclear on the mineral content. There are salts from other parts of the world that are good too. Himalayan _crystal_ salt is supposed to be better for mineral absorption than sea salt, I haven't tried it. The most important thing with sea salt is that it's _unrefined_, apparently 89% of sea salt is refined. the greyness reflects minerals. celtic sea salt is awesome though, unrefined it's really good!Best! Hi, Was wondering what kind of sea salt is the best for you, with the most pure minerals, etc. Is it the grey sea salt? What brand should i get? Thanks, Ellen
