Sara, I'm in the same boat. I get the wires cut on Thurs. and I'm

about

to go crazy. I've lost 15 pounds and craving just a taste of real

food.

I'm praying that I can least have some pasta on Thursday.

My swelling is slowly going down--12days post-op. My face look longer

that before. (upper/lower/splint) I know it will get better but it

feels good to vent.

Your post made me feel a little better because now I know I'm not the

only one feeling miserable.

On a positive note----better days are yet to come.
