Guest guest
, I have a friend who was just telling me the other day that she knows of a husband and wife who both had gastric bypass and are members of TOPS. They had their surgery a few years ago and go to maintain their current weight. So I guess it does help. Guest guest
I used to go to weight watchers and I like it because there was meeting and theyd try to make you feel great about loosing .5 lbs. Anyways I am near 18 months post op, I dont have many problems with food anymore and I was thinking of going back to weight watchers does anyone here whos had the surgery go to weight watcher or any other weight management center to help maintain your weight loss? If so does it work? Because I'm worried that if I do the weight watcher diet and eating regiment, It may not work the same for me as the other people due to me having had the surgery. Does anyone have any information they can give me so I can decided if its a good Idea? Thanks California
