Hi there,

I am a little bit confused by your message. Is your son being treated by CT? Do you have his initial measurements? Has he graduated yet?

My daughter, Maysa, had mild plagio but severe brachy and we saw great results considering her age. You can check her blog at www.mymaysa.wordpress.com

Again, not too sure what you are asking...

Hi everyone -Can any parents comment on their experience treating severe DP with Cranial Technologies? I requested my son's measurements taken at the initial consultation if anyone can comment. Thanks for reading and your comments.

Hi - I am waiting on CT scan results to rule out craniosynistosis... however,

God willing that it is ruled out, we will be going to CT for treatment, so I am

in the beginning of the process. I wanted to get feedback on the correction

that was achieved with a DOC band with an initial severe plagio assessment.

I see now.

Maysa first wore a passive helmet (the kidcap) back when she was 5.5 months old. With considerable growth during the 3.5 months that she was in it, she should have graduated early with great if not excellent results. Instead, I found out that she was actually regressing in that helmet and we then switched her to CT where she ended up getting two DOC bands starting at 9.5 months of age.

Our experience with CT has been fabulous. They were great and my little gir's head actually reshaped beautifully. She had mild plagio and severe brachy but looking at her now you wouldn't tell. She has kept progressing even post DOC band and we couldn't be happier that we ended up selecting them in the end.

What are your son's measurements and how old is he?
