Hi .

I think you could try that tomorrow.

Make sure not to eat more bacon until you have tested how he does.

Sometimes the reaction is not immediate but can take a day or two.

But from what I understand, most people with UC don't react to bacon

(unless someone speaks up to the contrary in reaction to this) so as

long as you cook it very crispy (and I think it is an occasional food

in any case) you can go ahead and test it.

The thing is, it is best to wait a few days between new foods - because

that way, if there is a reaction, you know more clearly what to eliminate.

Glad he is doing better.
