Does anyone have a recipe for non-dairy SCD Coconut Yoghurt - it sounds yummy!

It's in the files, but if your just starting out, coconut is a little more advanced. You could try goat milk yogurt. People say that is easier to digest. Katy

Katy Yeah - but you are not eating the coconut, just using the milk, which is like coconut oil, whichyou can use on the beginning diet. And I believe pecanbread ASD kids use coconut milk and nutmilk yogurts from the beginning. The recipe is in the files under probiotics.Mara
