The day has arrived, surgery is tomorrow

Hello all,

Can't believe it's almost here, will be having my surgery tomorrow.

Have been getting ready for the big day, packing my necessities and

having some liquid drinks around the house for when I get back.

Hopefully I will feel comfortable when I get out with this record heat

we are having in the northeast.

For those of you out there on Ensure, I believe a similar drink that

may taste better is EAS Myoplex protein drink. It comes in ready

mixed containers or you can buy the powder form and mix it however you

like.
