Guest guest
To all who thought they would be normal and never have to diet again. I share a cubicle at work with a 25 year old, who works out everyday and is quite muscular. He eats low fat yogurt for breakfast, plain tuna for lunch. Drinks diet soda and turns down the cookies and candies passed around the office. I asked him today and he said, he likes to eat light during the week and eat what he wants and drink beer and party on the weekend. He didn't say he diets during the week. He said he eats light. I used to see my small BIL down a lot of food, then his wife said that after a day eating like that he doesn't feel like eating much for 3 or four days. There's the difference, if we splurge on the weekend it just sets us to eating more for months. Where they get the message in their brain to slow down we get the message to keep at it. Sounds like an addiction huh. Just like Alcohol. If I get drunk, then I can't drink again for weeks. Whereas someone who is addicted needs it the next morning. So normal, is dieting.
