Light-headedness and numbness

I have had lower jaw advancement last week. I am constantly light-

headed and have dull head-aches around the temple/jaw area. I have

stopped using strong and mild pain-killers to see if they have any

effect, to which there was no change. Could anyone who has undergone

this procedure please tell me how they went? Does anyone get these

aches and constant dizzy feeling like its hard to concentrate or focus

on anything for a while?

I also get sharp pains going into one side of my bottom lip on sudden

movements. Doctor tells me its the nerve and that its not near where

they operated. Its probably healing after being stretched, but I need

to know if anyone gets these sharp pains and how long did it take to go

away? How long did it take to regain normal feeling in the lip and chin?
