Guest guest
Hi Jodie, We have to get the casts changed each week... to turn her foot in the right direction. She was born with a out-turned foot and her toes were touching her shin. So eventhough I was fighting for the casts, they are difficult. The doc wanted me to massage her foot to see if the tendons would relax on their own.. but they didn't. So now it's casting. They didn't tell me how long she might have to have them.... I " m hoping just 2 months. I'll be sure to aks that when I go back on Monday for a new cast. Thank you for your concern __________________________________ Yahoo! Guest guest
Yeah, I am sure it is diffifult right now. Adn to see her like that, but I am also sure it will pay off in the end. Two months doesn't sound like to long to have to put up with it, but only if it fixes the problem. She is so precious though. Cast or not. Adorable! ) Are you going to Convention next July?? Jodi R. p.s.- did you check out 's pictures so you know who's mommy I am? ) > Hi Jodie, > > We have to get the casts changed each week... to turn > her foot in the right direction. Guest guest
You guys are so right -- I would do it all over again if I could. Although I had a lot of trouble with the last two, after they were born I couldn't really remember the pain!! That's the love of a mother, huh?
