Guest guest Posted May 24, 2005 Report Share Posted May 24, 2005 -for the 2nd time around in the past 10 weeks,just got home today face swollen and distorted even worse than in round one,.....This time he has wired in a wafer surgical splint and unlike the first surgery I cannot talk at all, I am using a " fisher price " Magna Marker " works great for communicating.,the splint really hampers trying to use the syringe for feeding ,Maybe it's all technique ?? Im sure I'll figure it out,in the next 6 weeks.... Nice to be back home, even though it was just 26 hours in Hospital ,time goes so slow in there staring at a clock that just seems to stand still.....
