As I have no idea what sort of state of mind I will be in tomorrow

morning (most likely flapping around like a headless chicken trying to

gather myself before surgery) I am going to wish you a very happy

birthday tonite! Make sure you chow down some good birthday cake or

treats for all of us! Hopefully I'll be back online by Weds but just in

case I'm not, I wanted to wish you all the best for Thursday! Think

positive happy thoughts. I'll be holding your hand virtually throughout

and waiting to commiserate and compare recovery notes once it's all

over:-)
