Guest guest Posted September 23, 2003 Report Share Posted September 23, 2003 Okay.. so this has been discussed before, but I didn't keep it because it didn't apply to me...that day. But now, I have seriously od'd on sugar the last week. We have had all the grandkids and lots of company and tons of sweet stuff that suddenly appeared and I just kept grazing. Our grandkids are super active and don't eat a lot of candy and no pop, but when each of them leaves half a candy bar or cookie and I pick it up to finish it...Need I say more. What is the answer for getting back on track? My mind is just muddled, I feel weepy and my energy in the drain today and I have tons to do. I have never had problems with sugars, fats or almost anything I eat in moderation and have been able to keep my weight loss stable with very little effort, but not if I start down this path!!!! Help..
