i have just gotten to the point that trying to eat reagular soft

foods just isnt for me at this time.. sometimes it goes down well

other times it dont.. so my question to you is, do you think as long

as i am getting in my 60 gtrams of protein through shakes that it

will be ok for me have for lunch fruits?? and for dinner??? what do

you think.. it just seems like i have better luck with frut and maybe

salads...and soup..
