Well, since they list raw avos as something you can eat at Stage 2, which is VERY limited, I would think it would be pretty easy to digest. As with everything, it took me forever to eat even half an avocado.  It is fiber kind of like green peas to me.  Try it and see how it goes.  Now I seem ok with them.  Just took a few years ;-).
