Massage is good!

I have debated awhile on weather or not to share this, what I think

might be informational, but here goes.

When I first had my surgery and was losing weight, my mother had

given me a gift certificate to get a massage. Ok, while getting my

massage I had asked if it was good for breaking up the fat deposits

on like your upper thighs, stomach, and upper arms. Like all of you

I was concerned about the skin and how my body would look after the

weight lose.

The answer I got was " yes " a massage helps to break up the fat

deposits under the skin. I maybe wrong on the terminalogy, but

needless to say, I had purchased one of those at home back massagers

with a handle and 2 massagers. Kinda looks like ET. Anyway I try to

run it on my upper thighs and on the back upper thighs. It really

has worked well. My problem area on my legs is by the knees, it

seems to work. Not over night mind you, but rather quickly.

I don't know, I just thought if anyone was interested I would

tell. I reminds me of the old commercials of gyms, with the lady

standing at a machine and she has what looks like a big band around

her waist jiggiling her around. I don't know what the machines name

is, but you get the idea.

Something stupid in MO
