Canned coconut milk legal?

I would love to make some more thai-inspired foods. One of my favs is a

coconut-curry chicken soup. I haven't made it since going SCD b/c I can't stand

having to make homemade coconut milk. So, my question is - are there any legal

canned or " off the shelf " coconut milks? If I find one that says it contains

only coconut and water (such as Trader Joe's light coconut milk)?
