how do you know if you need your surgery redone?

I had a gastric bypass in 97'. The last 2 years I have gained about

30 pounds. Mind you I have not exactly watched what I ate, but have

not been overdoing it either. Recently I have been having problems

with pains in my ab and pelvis, that I have posted questions about

also, but now I am thinking it maybe that I might need a redo. How

would you know if it is you or a failure with the surgery? Yesterday

I had a CT scan of the ab and pelvis. This should show if there is a

leak or something in wrong inside due to the surgery I had in 97',

is this correct? Any help from those of you who have had a revision

would be helpful to me, then I would know what to look for if in

fact this is what needs to be done. Thanks in advance for any help I

can get.
