couple of concerns going into surgery tomorrow

hello,

28 male here going into surgery tomorrow at 7 am, a 3 piece something,

bone will be taken out of my hip as well. surgery will be about 6hrs.

there's just a couple of concerns i have going in:

one is the possibility of having to be wired shut and then having to

throw up while wired shut. I don't know how i'll work that. any advice

on how to deal with that?

and the main concern i have is if I should tell my anasthesiologist

that i snorted cocaine a couple of weekends ago. and before that a few

months ago. i feel fine and healthy and all that but something tells

me i should casually slide that in there to him or her. what do you

guys think?
