Carolina are also known for this type of surgery. There are others

who may know how to do it but I can't speak to their level of

experience. Dr. Aly and I have given classes on this at the American

visualize putting on a loose pair of leggings. then pull them up

tight on your body, snip off the top part and stitch in place. the

incision goes all the way around your middle body. pulls up the

legs, butt, lower belly all in one procedure.

But.. but...

It would leave all the stretch marks & surgical scars.. why would I

want to remove the unstretched skin on my upper abdomen...?

Too bad.. it sounded about perfect, dammit...

If you are younger your skin will be more elastic. Remember mothers

lose a lot of the extra skin after having a baby in a few months

assuming they get back to the prebirth weight :-) Very likely you

might also need a tummy tuck but not as drastic.

If you are older like me the skin is not so elastic and I will

probably have tummy tuck in a year or so. I have been told insurance

companies will cover it if medically necessary so you need to make

sure you have everything documented. Everytime you get a rash under

the apron call or visit your doctor have him give you a prescription

as home remedies " don't work " if you get my drift. If your stomach

skin gets red or sore or maybe the nickle plated button on your new

levis give you a rash cause the excess stomach makes the waist too

tight but a larger size is too large then go to the doctor and get it

documented. A few office visists will give you enough documentation.
