Surgery date set! Bsso, Lefort I and Genio

I finally have a surgery date set for the 25th of July. I went to my

pre-surgical consultation with the OS Assistant he basically

reinerated

what the OS and I talked about, they took more impressions, viewed a

slide show and asked the OS Assistant tons of questions, they didn't

have the tracing's or models because they were sent off to the

insurance company for pre-authorization (great). I was a bit

disappointed that the OS wasn't there, but he did drop in to say

hello. I guess he was pretty busy as usual...and plus we'd already

discussed the surgery quite a bit, gave my own blood donation and

that

was it...have to go back to the OS 3 days prior to surgery to

complete

a health physical and sign paperwork pertaining to the surgical

procedure and I have more questions to ask...froze up at the

consultation, my husband asked the majority of them.

I'll have a surgical splint and banded not wired thank goodness.

I'm

just so nervous about the whole surgical thing I just don't know what

to do with myself...I'm trying to keep my mind occupied, but I'm

falling apart...I was a wreck donating my own blood!
