Hi Sara, and everyone,

I went to the OS after work. Sure enough, it was a piece of bone that

worked its way to the surface. He said I had two options. Either let

the bone re-contour itself to the rest of the bone, which he assured

me would happen, or he could file down the bone and give me a stitch.

So I went with option 2, and three novocaine shots later, he filed

down the bone and gave me two stitches. The novocaine just wore off a

little while ago and I'm a little sore, but OK. He wrote me a

prescription for Tylenol, but I plan to use OTC stuff. It really

wasn't all that bad.

I don't have stitches. What did your OS say? Is it scar tissue?

Hope you had a safe trip home :)
