Guest guest
Hi Mia, thank you for listening to my complaints. I of course will come on this message board to complain all I want because that's what it is here for right? I have been putting on the weight recently, I figure I'll lose it anyway! Hahaha, maybe that's not really the healthy thing to do but oh well. Thank you for your encouragement! Guest guest
I had a good time pigging out for a couple of weeks before my surgery. I pigged out so much that I didn't feel like eating much the night before. It was so much fun! I didn't even lose weight after the surgery. Must have been all the chips. donuts, pop etc. beforehand! LOL Who cares. I lost the weight eventually, doing other stuff. You'll be fine! Mia > Hi Mia, > > thank you for listening to my complaints. Guest guest
Norma, I gained 10 pounds pre surgery thanks to some major pigging out that was a result of anxiety over the upcoming surgery and doing finals for my master degree. I enjoyed every minute of the pigging out and I don't regret doing it all because now I sure miss those nachos with cheese. Post surgery I lost 13 pounds. I've now moved on to a soft diet and having gained any weight back yet. In fact, I fully intend to keep the weight off and maybe lose a couple of more lbs. I've now gone back to how much I weighed 2 years ago before I moved to the US and before I started my master degree. Something about being a student and eating. MMmmm...anyway, all of this to say, don't worry about eating too much now. EAT EAT EAT! And eat some more for those of us who can't eat very much or well at the moment:-) Sara
