I made yogurt without an oven or yogurt maker with cow's milk yogurt. I've never made coconut yogurt but I'm sure it could work the same way. I wrote out what I did here: http://www.scdkat.com/2010/06/china-part-9-how-i-made-yogurt-in-china/

With a cooling bag, can you fill that with hot water? And just change the water to fresh hot water when it starts to get cool. It's not as precise as making it with a constant heat source, but I just left mine an extra 12 hours and it seemed to work perfectly fine.

I have read that some make cow milk yogurt (NOT SCD!) in a cooling bag. Does anyone know if it is possible to do that with coconut yogurt?I am going on holiday for 3 weeks and don't have access to oven..
