Guest guest
Move Free is just glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. It does have high dosages of each, compared to other GCM products, but who knows how much you can utilize, since it's a tablet? If you haven't tried SynFlex, I highly recommend it. It does not have MSM, but has glucosamine and chondroitin and lots of other good stuff. Since I've been taking it, I usually am not even aware that I have bad knees. It's a liquid - not the best-tasting stuff in the world, but not the worst, either. I add MSM (in capsule form), since it has been shown to be very effective. The chiro is not just trying to make a buck here... for non-WLS patients, Move Free is probably one of the best GCM products, since it is very high dosage. I just know that I have had better results with the liquid SynFlex than I had when I was taking GCM tablets. --- 365/199/160 Lap RnY, Distal - Dr. s Vanderbilt University Hospital Surgery date June 3, 2002 ----- Original Message ----- > > I went to a chiropractor and took an xray and found > out that my 4th and 5th vertibre are basically smooshed together.
