Move Free is just glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. It does have high

dosages of each, compared to other GCM products, but who knows how much you

can utilize, since it's a tablet? If you haven't tried SynFlex, I highly

recommend it. It does not have MSM, but has glucosamine and chondroitin and

lots of other good stuff. Since I've been taking it, I usually am not even

aware that I have bad knees. It's a liquid - not the best-tasting stuff in

the world, but not the worst, either. I add MSM (in capsule form), since it

has been shown to be very effective.

The chiro is not just trying to make a buck here... for non-WLS patients,

Move Free is probably one of the best GCM products, since it is very high

dosage. I just know that I have had better results with the liquid SynFlex

than I had when I was taking GCM tablets.
