Is a " hot spot " something distinct from heat rash, since you had

already listed " rash " as a complaint?

Clara's only had one really good adjustment the whole time she's had

her helmet. There were pink areas, but no skin break down. Sweat,

like pressure, can contribute to heat rash, but isn't cause for

concern in and of itself.

Let them keep the helmet tight. Not tight = wasted time, IMO.

a hot spot is a pressure spot that takes a long time to go away.
