Thank you Kim! So far, my body hasn't protested about my daily consumption of

things like yogurt. Hopefully after 1.5 years SCD, my gut is a lot less leaky,

and I'll continue to be okay.

I honestly don't know how you manage with such a finicky body. You've got

incredible patience to work out all that you have about what to eat and when!
