Guest guest Posted May 18, 2005 Report Share Posted May 18, 2005 Sara. .. i went out and bought a book full of shakes. . and i even made sure that it had a section from where i could extract a lot of my daily calories. my goal before the surgery was to consume the 2000 cal i usually do to prevent too much weight loss. i'm not a big guy, but a very active person with a high rate of metabolism. anyway, before i get too of course, the shakes in the book i bought were just that. .. SHAKES! all sweet. . it's nice on a hot day as a treat, but as a meal. .. no can do all the time. .. so thank you Sara. . i'll be trying the ones you wrote for me. ..

& nbsp;

derrick

& gt;From: & quot;Sara & quot; & lt;sararegine@... & gt;
& gt;Reply-To: orthognathicsurgerysupport
& gt;To: orthognathicsurgerysupport
& gt;Subject: [Orthognathic Surgery Support ] Re: SARA: Salty recipes for Derrick
& gt;Date: Tue, 17 May 2005 17:54:40 -0000
& gt;
& gt;Lol Derrick!! I'll be sure to send you some more recipes as I come
& gt;across them. I have gotten myself not one recipe book but three
& gt;recipe books all about blendurized food in preparation for my surgery
& gt;on June 6th.
