-0000<br> & gt;<br> & gt;Another recipe I remember reading (on this forum I

believe) was to buy<br> & gt;the flavored instant mashed potatoes (sour cream

and chive, butter,<br> & gt;cheesey, etc) and instead of mixing them with

water, use boullion :):)<br> & gt;<br> & gt;I haven't had my surgery yet and

those already sound yummy to me !<br> & gt;<br> & gt;<br>

Sara. .. i went out and bought a book full of shakes. . and i even made sure

that it had a section from where i could extract a lot of my daily calories.

my goal before the surgery was to consume the 2000 cal i usually do to

prevent too much weight loss. i'm not a big guy, but a very active person

with a high rate of metabolism. anyway, before i get too of course, the

shakes in the book i bought were just that. .. SHAKES! all sweet. . it's

nice on a hot day as a treat, but as a meal. .. no can do all the time. ..

so thank you Sara. . i'll be trying the ones you wrote for me. .. :)

Derrick!! I'll be sure to send you some more recipes as I come<br> & gt;across

them. I have gotten myself not one recipe book but three<br> & gt;recipe books

all about blendurized food in preparation for my surgery<br> & gt;on June 6th.

Let me know which one of the recipes you like best. The<br> & gt;only ones I

know for sure I like so far are the chicken broth and the<br> & gt;blendurized

tuna and salmon.<br> & gt;<br> & gt;Buon

appetito!<br> & gt;Sara<br> & gt;<br> & gt;<br> & gt; & amp;lt;br & amp;gt; & amp;amp;gt; & amp;amp;gt; I

feel & lt;br & gt; & amp;gt;a & lt;br & gt; & amp;gt; & amp;gt; bit<br> & gt;like a<br> & gt;

& gt; stranger as I don't see many familiar names & lt;br & gt; & amp;gt;

& amp;gt;<br> & gt; & gt;

on & amp;lt;br & amp;gt; & amp;amp;gt;here & amp;lt;br & amp;gt; & amp;amp;gt;
