Guest guest
Hi Sara, It's funny you brought that up because I was just thinking that at my Physical my doctor stated that he wanted to give me a Pneumonia shot. I never did this before any of my other surgeries but when he found out that the surgery was a 5 hour surgery he stated that he would give it to me. The only thing is he forgot to give it to me because we got so involved with all the pre-op stuff and of course I didn't dare remind him to give me a shot. So now I wonder if maybe I should of reminded him to give me the shot after what you just said. > Did any one else get a handout pre-surgery about breathing exercises > they should try to do as soon as they wake up from surgery or soon > after?
