Guest guest Posted August 2, 2004 Report Share Posted August 2, 2004 Hi all, It's been almost 15 weeks and I've lost a total of 91 pounds thus far. I have approximately 70 to go. Some proteins are making me feel nauseous and I'm having a hard time getting enough in. Well, now that I'm sick to death of my hair falling out - I've started taking the hair, nails, skin vitamins, along with my other vitamins, calcium and foltran (spelling). I'm now drinking a protein shake a day (25 grams of protein per serving), but I have to admit that the taste is the most vile thing I have ever experienced. LOL I will drink them if only to keep my hair. I bought some unflavored soy protein powder. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have any suggestions on a specific type, brand, flavor that will make this even a little easier, I will be forever in you debt.
