Guest guest Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 I just went to fitday.com for the first time. I am three months out and down 45 lbs. I have been losing hair recently which I know is normal. I went to fitday.com and calculated my two meals for the day. I came out with 39g protein, good right? and 321 cal. I have been not feeling well today although this is the food that I normally eat. The only thing that has changed is that I did not workout today. I think that I am freaking out because I thought that I was eating more calories a day. Fat for the day was around 10 grams which is not bad considering I had a few pork rinds as a snack. please advise if I am doing things normally.
